GDPR came into effect of May 2018. This is to product the privacy of individuals in the European Union (EU). Individuals now have more control over how personal data is processed, stored and used.
What you need to use:
Data will be collected and stored such as name, contact number, email and address so the photographer will be able to contact individuals to book photo shoots. The data will also be used to contact individuals after the session regrading collection, postage or delivery of product.
You have the right to reject the photographer the right to use your images in their physical or online portfolio. After organising with the company what the next action is after the session the images will be removed unless stated that you are happy for them to be used for the company portfolio.
We might send out emails about offers and news updates. We will ask permission first if we can contact you via email.
Promotions vouchers will have a expiry date on them if offered on Social media and on the website. The photo shoot must be booked and conducted within this time. The promotional voucher can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Bookings and Cancellations
Chloe’s Photos is open from 9am until 5pm. You can book a shoot by calling and I will contact you via email or call you. If you contact me out of hours I will contact you back as soon as possible. Cancellations need to be made 72 hours before your booked time, if not you will need to pay for the full amount of the shoot.
Right of Publicity
During your session you will ask you to state on the order from if you give Chloe’s Photos the right to use your photos in there portfolio purposes, both printed and online adverting and promotional material. You have right to say no to this request, all we need is your signature at the bottom of the form.
Chloe’s Photos don’t share Client data with third parties. Your information will only be used to contact you regarding your enquiry, booking and photo order. Sometimes we will send you promotional advertising and offers via email. If you wish to opt out you will need to sign the booking form. While we make every effort to ensure that both systems are secure.
